Grown on a small, family-owned farm—less than one hectare—in Huehuetenango, this coffee is produced by Maria Gaspar Escobar. Her exceptional harvest earned 5th place in the 2019 Best of Huehuetenango competition. Through a direct-trade partnership, Our supplier purchased her entire crop at a premium above Fair Trade prices, supporting both quality and sustainability. The cup is smooth and elegant, with notes of milk chocolate, vanilla, and layered fruit.
