From Menendez Estates in El Salvador, led by fourth-generation coffee farmer Miguel Menendez Sr., whose seven award-winning farms are rooted in the rich soils of an extinct volcano. This coffee comes from the Las Delicias microlot—known as the Locho Lot—a longtime favorite celebrated for its consistency and quality. The Menendez family is a frequent winner of the Cup of Excellence, and our roaster has proudly partnered with them for more than a decade.
